Wild Turkey uses a higher rye content mashbill than many Kentucky competitors — producing a bourbon with more spice and structure. Combined with limestone bluff warehouse aging on the Kentucky River and the Russell family’s minimal-intervention philosophy, DSP-KY-67 barrels develop a distinctive flavor: bold vanilla, orange peel, cracked black pepper, caramel, and a warm, lingering finish.
